Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received

Unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging

Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Carriage (shipping) charges and restocking fees will be applied on ALL returned items

No cash or card refunds are offered

Only store credit will be issued after return approval

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, return the original item (subject to approval and fees), receive store credit, and place a new order.
European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.
Carriage and restocking fees still apply, and store credit only will be issued.
